Richard is the President of Millan & Company, P.C. He has maintained regional, national, and international clients for over thirty years. Mr. Millan is involved with every aspect of the Firm including: tax and estate planning and compliance, auditing and financial reporting, and full business management services.
Susan has been a certified public accountant for over fifteen years. She oversees political client’s FEC and statewide financial and ethics filings and provides financial, compliance, and tax services for a variety of industries.
Jim is the Tax Manager for Millan & Company, P.C. Mr. Bradley received his Masters of Tax Administration from the University of Southern California and has over twenty years experience as a certified public accountant. He spent years providing complex accounting and tax advisory services to the oil and gas industry in Texas and has been with Millan & Company, P.C. since 2007.
Samantha is our firm administrator and has been with the company since 2010. She graduated from the The University of Texas and her background and expertise is in the banking industry. In addition to managing the day to day operations, she contributes to practice growth and business development.
Katie Tousignant is the Audit Manager for Millan & Co., P.C. Katie received her Masters of Accountancy from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis. She has seven years of accounting experience in industry accounting, working mainly in equipment leasing and higher education. For the last two years, she has been working in public accountancy, specializing in non-profits and Single Audits and also working with construction and manufacturing clients.
Kady graduated from Southwestern University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She continued on to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, graduating in 2010 with a Masters in Accountancy. She has a background in personal and business tax preparation and is an IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer. Kady is currently a CPA candidate.
Carlos Nazario is a Senior Tax Manager for Millan and Co., P.C. Carlos is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He has more than 30 years of experience dealing with complex tax matters in diverse scenarios ranging from mom and pop shops to international clients. He has worked for EY – Ernst and Young, BDO, Johnson and Johnson, Unilever and joined our firm in 2017 with passion to serve our clients.
Linda has been with the firm since June of 2016. Linda has enjoyed a full career of over 50 years all in the accounting field, twice owning her own business, including a Payroll Franchise for over 10 years. Her expertise is in all modules of Bookkeeping in a variety of industries. She has over 20 years of experience in QuickBooks.
Nathan joined the firm in June of 2017. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. Nathan is an in-charge accountant with 8 years of experience: specializing in tax return preparation, IRS & State representation and Audit & Attestation Services. He obtained his CPA License in 2017.
Elizabeth is one of our firm’s bookkeepers and has been with the company since 2017. Elizabeth embodies our values of professionalism and quality while maintaining an approachable yet precise standard of customer service. Her skills in Quickbooks help us to manage your company’s payroll and bookkeeping with high criterion and consistency. In her leisure time, she enjoys being with her family, watching movies and reading.
Nolan Neises graduated from Wichita State University with his Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He has been in public accounting for six years and specializes in book keeping, individual tax, and small business tax. Currently, he is sitting for the CPA exam, and has passed three sections of the exam.
Sylvia joined the firm in November 2018 as a bookkeeper. She has worked in the accounting field in both the public and private sector over the last 30 years. Sylvia thoroughly enjoys all aspects of accounting and has worked in various accounting software systems including QuickBooks. With one more class to complete, Sylvia will have earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and plans to continue her education with an end goal of obtaining her CPA license.
